What are the regulations and guidelines for the affordable housing program?

There are many different affordable housing programs, with different requirements.  The particular regulations are found in the controlling documents for the development and units in the forms of any number of documents such as the Regulatory Agreement, Land Disposition Agreement, Affordable Housing Restriction, Covenant, Affordable Housing Deed Restriction, Deed Rider, and more.  A review of these documents can provide more details.
