Natick

The Town of Natick continues to work on investing in affordable housing. Natick has almost met the State’s 10% affordable housing goal and they continue to look for creative ways to increase affordable housing opportunities. 

Natick has updated the approved housing production plan, which in combination with the Natick 2030+ Comprehensive Master Plan (adopted in 2019), guides the use of housing funds and the development of affordable housing. The primary groups charged with facilitating affordable housing are the Natick Affordable Housing Trust Fund (NAHT), the Natick Housing Authority, and the Natick Service Council which own or manage housing for families, seniors, and persons with disabilities.
